ORDINANCE NO. 13-08

TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 20-07 PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENTS OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008 AND REVISING SUMS FOR OPERATING EXPENSES

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.08 of Article II of the Charter of the Village of Granville, Ohio, the Village Council is authorized to adopt the Municipal Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2008, and;

WHEREAS, the Village Manager has recommended an amendment to supplement previously made appropriations to provide funding for a groundwater seepage analysis at The Colony at Bryn Du.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of Granville, Ohio, that:

Section I: The annual budget of the Village of Granville, as established by Ordinance No. 20-07, is hereby amended by the Council to include the additional appropriations recommended by the Village Manager for the analysis of groundwater seepage at The Colony at Bryn Du.

Section II: To provide for Operating Expenditures during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008, the following additional appropriations are hereby made for the General Fund for the groundwater seepage study:
