RESOLUTION 08-02

A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A MEMBER TO THE BRYN DU GOVERNANCE COMMISSION TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.08(7) of the Charter of the Village of Granville, the Council of Granville, Ohio did by Resolution No. 04-14 create a Bryn Du Governance Commission; and

WHEREAS, Granville Township has recommended that Laurence Bicking be appointed to fill the unexpired term, recently vacated by Kim Miles, that runs through April 30, 2009.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Granville, Ohio, a majority of the elected members concurring, that:

Section  I:     Laurence Bicking is hereby appointed to an expired term on the Bryn Du Commission, representing Granville Township, that will run through April 30, 2009.

BE IT FURTHER NOTED, that the current membership of the Bryn Du Governance  Commission is as follows:

Granville Village Council:

    Jurgen Pape                    April 30, 2010

Granville Township:
    Appointee                        Term Expires

Section II:    This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
