RESOLUTION NO. 08-09

TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 2008 STREET RESURFACING PROJECTS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:
Section 1: The Village Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Village of Granville to advertise for bids for the 2008 street resurfacing projects, including the following:

o North and South Mulberry
o West Broadway (Plum to Shepardson)
o North and South Prospect
o Alleys between Cherry/Mulberry and South Prospect/South Pearl
o Welsh Hills Road (Granger to Corporation Limit) & Cedar 
o East Elm Street
o South Main Street

Section 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage.
