RESOLUTION 08-22
A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE BRYN DU COMMISSION TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERMS
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.08(7) of the Charter of the Village of Granville, the Council of Granville, Ohio did by Resolution No. 04-14 create a Bryn Du Commission; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the appointees representing the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce on the Bryn Du Commission are scheduled to expire on April 30, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce has recommended that Reed Fraley and Tony Piehowicz be appointed to fill new three-year terms commencing on May 1, 2008 and ending on April 30, 2011.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Granville, Ohio, a majority of the elected members concurring, that:
Section I: Reed Fraley is hereby appointed to a new term on the Bryn Du Commission, representing the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce that will commence on May 1, 2008 and will run through April 30, 2011.
Section II: Tony Piehowicz is hereby appointed to a new term on the Bryn Du Commission, representing the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce that will commence on May 1, 2008 and will run through April 30, 2011.
BE IT FURTHER NOTED, that the current membership of the Bryn Du Commission is as follows:

Section III: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
