GRANVILLE TOWNSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS

Provide Raccoon Valley Park, McPeek Lodge and Spring Valley for use by the Granville Recreation District

Allow Granville Recreation District to retain any rental fees from use of the facilities

Granville Township Trustees further agree to pass a resolution of non-collection of the current 1-mill Township recreation levy upon the passage of an operating levy by the Granville Recreation District

Further, at the option of the Granville Recreation District, and only after the upon passage of an operating levy by the Granville Recreation District, the Township's annual contract with the Granville Recreation Commission shall be cancelled and the Township will not oppose the transfer of the assets (including liquid assets) of the Granville Recreation Commission to the Granville Recreation District.
