RESOLUTION NO. 09-01
TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 2009 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:
Section 1: The Village Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Village of Granville to advertise for bids for the 2009 street improvement program, including the following:
o Reconstruction and resurfacing of Wexford Drive
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage.
Passed this 7th day of January, 2009.
