RESOLUTION NO. 09-40

A Resolution to Certify to the Licking County Auditor Delinquent Charges for Water and Sewer Fees for the Village of Granville

WHEREAS, The Village of Granville provides water and sewer services to the residents; and

WHEREAS, Jon Dullforce of 85 Pinehurst Drive in the Village of Granville, parcel 020-043620-01.027 is delinquent in paying water and sewer fees in the amount of $489.83; and 

WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required and pursuant to Village of Granville code 925.17(e), all unpaid accounts for water and/or sewer charges shall become a lien against the property served.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:

Section 1. The Council for the Village of Granville hereby certifies the following delinquent water and sewer charges to the Licking County auditor for assessment to the real property at 85 Pinehurst Drive, parcel number 020-043620-01.027, in the amount of $489.83.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
