RESOLUTION NO. 09-43
TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE RESURFACING OF CERTAIN PUBLIC PATHWAYS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:
Section 1: The Village Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Village of Granville to advertise for bids for the resurfacing of certain public pathways within the Village.
Section 2: The segments of pathways to be included in the resurfacing project are shown on the maps that are attached to this resolution.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage.
Passed this 5th day of August, 2009.
