RESOLUTION NO. 09-44

TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR FOR THE BRYN DU MANSION PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:

Section 1: The Village Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Village of Granville to advertise for bids for an emergency generator for the Bryn Du Mansion property.

Section 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage.
