RESOLUTION NO. 2010-07
 
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 2010 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:
 
Section 1: The Village Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Village of Granville to advertise for bids for the 2010 street improvement program, including the following:

• Reconstruction of curbs, storm sewer rehabilitation, the milling of old asphalt, new pavement, and the installation of a new water line on a portion of College Street (from Thresher Street to Pearl Street)

Section 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage.
