RESOLUTION NO. 2010-08
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:
Section 1. The Village Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Village of Granville to advertise for bids for a Grounds Maintenance Contractor for 2010.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage, the earliest period allowed by law.
Passed this 3rd day of February, 2010.
