RESOLUTION 2010-24
A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE BRYN DU GOVERNANCE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.08(7) of the Charter of the Village of Granville, the Council of Granville, Ohio did by Resolution No. 04-14 create a Bryn Du Governance Commission; and
WHEREAS, the terms of Stewart Dyke, Keith Myers, Jurgen Pape representing the Village of Granville on the Bryn Du Governance Commission are schedule to expire on April 30, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Granville Village Council has recommended that Stewart Dyke, Vincent Engel, and Jurgen Pape be appointed to fill the three-year terms commencing on May 1, 2010 and ending on April 30, 2013.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Granville, Ohio, a majority of the elected members concurring, that:
Section I: Jurgen Pape is hereby appointed to a new term on the Bryn Du Governance Commission, representing the Village Council that commences on May 1, 2010 and run through April 30, 2013.
Section II: Stewart Dyke is hereby appointed to a new term on the Bryn Du Governance Commission, representing the Village Council that commences on May 1, 2010 and run through April 30, 2013.
Section III: Vincent Engel is hereby appointed to a new term on the Bryn Du Governance Commission, representing the Village Council that commences on May 1, 2010 and run through April 30, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER NOTED, that the Bryn Du Governance Commission is appointed as follows:

Section IV: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
