RESOLUTION NO. 2010-29
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SERVICES RELATED TO THE TOWING AND IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Granville, Ohio that:
Section 1. The Village Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Village of Granville to advertise for bids for services related to the towing and impounding of vehicles.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage, the earliest period allowed by law.
Passed this 5th day of May, 2010.
