Call to Order: Mr. Gill called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Bradley Smith, Kenneth Kemper, Larry Burge, Neal Zimmers and Jeff Gill.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Debi Walker, Planning & Zoning Assistant
Swearing in of New BZBA Board Member: None
Debi Hartfield, 327 West Maple Street, Application #2014-25
Suburban Residential District-B (SRD-B) – Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD). The request is for review and approval of the following variances: To reduce the front yard setback along West Maple Street from thirty feet to twelve feet; and to reduce the front yard setback from Palmer Lane from thirty feet to eighteen feet to allow for the construction of a new garage on the eastern side of the home.
Discussion: Mr. Gill stated Ms. Hartfield has requested the application be tabled.
Mr. Smith made a motion to table Application #2014-25 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kemper. Roll Call Vote to table Application #2014-25: Smith (yes), Zimmers (yes), Kemper (yes), Burge (yes) and Gill (yes). Motion carried 5-0. Application #2014-25 is Tabled.
Motion to Approve Meeting Minutes:
Mr. Kemper made a motion to approve the BZBA meeting minutes for December 12, 2013. Seconded by Mr. Burge. Roll Call Vote: Kemper (yes), Zimmers (yes), Burge (yes), Smith (yes) and Gill (yes). Motion carried 5-0.
Motion to Adjourn
Mr. Zimmers made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Burge. Motion carried 5-0.
