AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ZONING DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4-80 is pending before the Council
of Granville, Ohio, which ordinance, if adopted, would annex 207
acres, more or less, to the Village of Granville; and
WHEREAS, Article 5 of Ordinance 16-76, the Granville
Zoning Ordinance directs that the Development Commission recommend
to the Village Council the zoning district classification for land annexed to the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Development Commission has recommended that
the property if annexed be classified in the Suburban Residential
District-A (SRD- A),the Suburban Residential District- the Planned Unit District ( B (SRDB- ), PUD),and the Open Space District (OSD);

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF GRANVILLE,
The following described property, effective upon annexation, be classified SRD- A:
Being Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1,
8, 9, and 10 on the "Map of Territories
to be annexed to the Village of Granville,
Ohio"a, copy of. which map is attached to this ordinance and made a part hereof.
The following described property, effective upon annexation, be classified SRD- B:
Being Parcels 12 and 13 as shown on the
map referred to in Section I of this ordinance.
The following described property, effective upon annexation, be classified PUD:
Being all that part of Parcel 11 as shown on the map referred to in Section I of
this ordinance which lies north of the following line:
Beginning at an existing iron pin in the southwest corner of the Donald E. &Betty· J.
