ORDINANCE NO. 11-81
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GRANVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND ACCOMPANYING MAP THERETO, KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO.
16-76, PASSED FEBRUARY 2, 1977, BY CHANGING CLASSIFICATION THE OF THE ZONING DISTRICTS FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN AND LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF EAST BROADWAY
AND NORTH GRANGER STREETS, FROM VRD-VILLAGE RESIDEN- TIAL DISTRICT TO VBD-VILLAGE BUSINESS DISTRICT.
0 WHEREAS, on March 25, 1981, an application was filed by the owner of the property located at the northwest corner of the r intersection of East Broadway and North Granger Streets, requesting Qv, aVRcDh-aVniglleagien RzoensinidgendtiiasltrDicitstcrilcatsstioficVaBtiDo-VnillaofgesaBiduspinreospserty from LU and District;
WHEREAS, said application was submitted to the Granville Development Commission, which, after public hearing in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, recommended to this Council, on May 6, 1981, that said application be approved; and
WHEREAS, this Council received said recommendation from the Granville Development Commission at its regular Council meeting aonppMlaicya6ti,on1981, and this Council has held a public hearing on said on June 3, 1981, in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance;
OHIO: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF GRANVILLE,
Section I: That Ordinance No. 16-76, and accompanying map thereto are hereby amended insofar as the same froelllaotwes:to a certain parcel of land described as
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Licking and Village of Granville are bounded and described as follows:
Being part of Lot 144 in the said Village of Granville and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iton pin at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of Broadway and the westerly right-of-way line of Granger Street;
Thence South 88 ° 26' 56" West, passing along the northerly right-of-way line of Broadway and the southerly line of said Lot 144, 73. 11 feet to an iron pin;
Thence due North, passing along the westerly line of said Lot 144 and the easterly line of the Denison University property (deed reference, volume 362, page 468, of the Deed Records of Licking County, Ohio),135. 68 feet to an iron pin;
