ORDINANCE NO. 16-81
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND KNOWN AS THE "LITTER CONTROL AND RECYCLING PROGRAM
GRANT" FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Village Litter has been awarded a grant under the Natural CRoenstrooulrcaensd, Recycling Program, of the Ohio Department of
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a special fund for receipt of grant funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained By The Council Of Granville, Ohio, that:
Section I: There is hereby established a special fund to be known as "80-Litter Control and Recycling Fund".
Section II: That all monies received as payment under the Litter Control and Recycling Grant shall be deposited into this account to be expended to reduce the obligations of the Village for operation of the ·Litter Control and Recycling Program, as administered by the Granville Recycling Center, Inc..
Section III: This ordinance is hereby declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the
conduct of the operations of the
Municipal Government.
Section IV: This ordinance shall be in effect at the
date of passage.
