AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 36-84 AND RETURN FUNDS TO THE
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND.
Providing For Adjustments Of The Annual Budget For The Fiscal Year 1985.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisisons of Section 2.08 of Article II of the Charter
of the Village of Granville, Ohio, the Village Council is authorized to adopt
the Municipal Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1985 and ending
December 31, 1985, and;
WHEREAS, such a budget has been adopted for the fiscal year 1985 and was previously
amended by Ordinance No. 4-85, and;
WHEREAS, the temporary repairs to the storm sewer system provided for in Ordinance
No. 4-85 have been provided for on a permanent basis by Ordinance No. 5-85;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of Granville, Ohio, that:
Section I The sum of $20,000 be and hereby is returned to the
unappropriated balance in the General Fund from
Account Al-6-D-250.
Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on
earliest date permitted by the Charter of the Village.
