AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
AND PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PHASE I OF ERINWOOD AND TO
REZONE PARCELS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1990, application was filed by the
owners of the property known as Erinwood, requesting approval of
the Development Plan for land therein and requesting changes in
zoning classifications therein as outlined in the said
development plan, and;
WHEREAS, said plan and request for changes in zoning
classifications were submitted to the Granville Planning
Commission which, after public hearings conducted in accordance
with Sections 1143. 04 (a) through e),and 1171.04 (a) (1)
through (5),of the Granville Codified Ordinances recommended to
this Council, on November 2, 1990, that said application be approved, and;
WHEREAS, this Council received said recommendation from the
Planning Commission at its November 7, 1990, regular Council
meeting, and conducted public hearings on said application December 5, 1990, in accordance with on Sections 1143. 04 (f) through
h),and 1171. 04 (5 and (6);
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of Granville, Ohio, :
Section I: That the accompanying map depicting the area encompassed in the Erinwood Development Plan
hereto attached and marked Exhibit "A",be and
is hereby made a part of this ordinance.
Section II: That the accompanying legal descriptions prepared
by CT Consultants, dated September 10, 1990,
describing the said rezonings, hereto attached and
marked Exhibits B" l",8 "2",8 3" "a,nd"84"b,e and
are hereby made a part of this ordinance.
Section III: That the accompanying Development Plan drawing,
hereto attached and marked Exhibit "C",be and is
hereby made a part of this ordinance.
Section IV: That the Development Plan for Erinwood as recommended by the Planning Commission, be and
hereby is approved, subject to conditions to be mutually agreed upon in a covenant to be devised
and ordained separately, dealing with utility,
roads, setbacks and other items attendant to the Development' s construction.
Section V
Section VI:
That "Phase I"as drawn on Exhibit "C",and containing 25 lots on 31. 8 acres, be and hereby is approved as the preliminary plat for Erinwood.
That Section 1155. 02 of the Codified Ordinances
of the Village of Granville and accompanying map thereto, be amended to reclassify the properties identified in Exhibits "Bl",B "2, B" 3"a, nd "B4" as Suburban Business District.
