AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A MODIFICATION
TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
PHASE I OF THE ERINWOOD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the Granville Planning Commission recommended the
approval of the Development Plan and Phase I of the Erinwood
subdivision; and, on January 30, 1991, the Granville Village
Council approved both the Development Plan and Phase I of the
Erinwood subdivision, and;
WHEREAS, the owners of the property known as Erinwood, have
requested approval of a change to the originally approved
Development Plan and Phase I of the Erinwood subdivision, and;
WHEREAS, the Granville Planning Commission, in accordance with
Section 1171.04 (a) (6) of the Codified Ordinances, determined at
its meeting on December 19, 1991 that the proposed change to the
Erinwood Development Plan would significantly alter the original
Erinwood concept, requiring the plan's submission to the Village
Council, and;
WHEREAS, the Granville Planning Commission, after extensive
discussions, has recommended to the Granville Village Council that
a twenty (20) foot-wide pedestrian access way be provided on the
eastern portion of the lot east of lot 11217 on Trinity Court in
the Erinwood subdivision, and that lot 11217 be combined with the
lot to the east of lot 11217, and;
WHEREAS, the Granville Village Council received said
recommendation at its meeting on January 8, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of Granville, Ohio, :

I: That the accompanying map depicting the encompassed in the Erinwood area Development Plan
hereto attached and marked Exhibit "A",be and is hereby made part of this ordinance.
II: That the accompanying map depicting lots
Al1'(1216)B, ""1(1217)a,nd C" " in the Erinwood Development Plan hereto attached and marked
Exhibit B" "b,e and hereby are made part of this ordinance.
Section III: That the accompanying map depicting the twenty
20) footw-ide pedestrian access on the eastern portion of lot "C"in the Erinwood Development Plan hereto attached and marked exhibit "C"b,e and hereby is made part of this ordinance.

That lot "C"be made a separate building lot and that it not be part of the nature reserve as
depicted on Exhibit "B".
That the twenty (20) footw-ide pedestrian access become part of lot "C"as shown on Exhibit "C".

Passed this
That the Development Plan for Erinwood be hereby
modified as described in Section IV and Section
V of this ordinance; and, that these modifications
to the Development Plan for Erinwood, under
Section 1171.04 (a) (6),are approved.
That this ordinance shall take effect upon the
earliest date permitted by law.
