ORDINANCE NO. 2-94
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN OHIO PUBLIC WORKS
COMMISSION GRANT FUND AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 43-93,
PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENTS OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1994 AND REVISING SUMS FOR CAPITAL
WHEREAS, the Village of Granville has been awarded a grant for the improvement of
West College Street by the Ohio Public Works Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Granville, State of Ohio:
Section I: That the Finance Director be and is hereby authorized and directed to
establish the Ohio Public Works Commission Grant Fund.
Section 11: There is hereby created an Ohio Public Works Commission Grant Fund,
Dl, to be used for the purpose of paying costs incurred in replacing the
public facilities in West College Street.
Section 111: The annual budget of the Village of Granville, as established by Ordinance
No. 43-93, is amended by the Council, as recommended by the
Manager, and is hereby adopted.
Section IV: To provide for Capital Expenditures in the Ohio Public Works Commission
Grant Fund during the fiscal year ending December 31, 1994, the
following appropriation is hereby made in the Ohio Public Works
Commission Grant Fund:
Capital Outlay -West College Street Fund
Section V: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.
