WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.08 of Article II of the Charter of the Village of Granville, Ohio, the Village Council is authorized to adopt the Municipal Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1999 and ending December 31, 1999, and;
WHEREAS, the Manager has recommended appropriations to supplement previously made appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of Granville, Ohio, that:
Section I: The annual budget of the Village of Granville, as established by Ordinance No. 25-98, be amended by the Council, as recommended by the Manager, and is hereby adopted.
Section II: To provide for Operating Expenditures during the fiscal year ending December 31,1999, the following appropriations are hereby made in the General Fund:

A1-6-A-250 Street Construction - Capital Outlay $62,072 (Clear Run Bridge Improvements) (Grant App. Requirement)

A1-7-E-230 Lands & Buildings - Contractual Service $20,300 ($9,000 HVAC/ $1,800 Utility Exp./ $9,500 Broadway Island & Opera House Park Irrigation System)
A1-7-G-230 Auditors Fees - Contractual Service $ 225 (Property Tax Collections - L.C. Auditor)
A1-7-K-230 Law - Contractual Service $ 5,000 (Additional Legal Fees) Section III: To provide for Operating Expenditures during the fiscal year ending December 31, 1999, the following appropriations are hereby made in the Water Fund:

Section IV: To provide for Operating Expenditures during the fiscal year ending December 31, 1999, the following appropriations are hereby made in the Sewer Fund:
