WHEREAS, the owner of the property, Ronald Fenstermaker has requested a rezoning of the property located at 130 North Main Street, from current zoning of Village Residential District (VRD) to the zoning reclassification of Village Business District (VBD); and,
WHEREAS, the Granville Planning Commission, after conducting a public hearing on the application and considering the issue has recommended that these properties not be rezoned; and,
WHEREAS, the Granville Planning Commission believes that these properties are not suitable for the zoning classification of Village Business; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of Granville, Ohio, that:
Section I: Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after a public hearing the application for rezoning is denied. Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect upon the earliest date allowed by law.
