The Granville Village Council adopted the following legislation at the September 20, 2017 regular meeting:
Ordinance No. 11-2017, An Ordinance Authorizing the Village Manager to Enter into an Annexation Agreement Describing the Intentions of the Parties to Annex Certain Real Property Located Along Weaver Drive in GranvilleTownship, Owned by Raccoon Creek Senior Housing, LLC
This ordinance approves the Village Manager to sign an annexation agreement for the proposed annexation of property owned by Raccoon Creek Senior Housing, LLC on Weaver Drive for the additional development of senior housing.
Ordinance No. 12-2017, An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 09-2016 Providing for Adjustments of the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year 2017 and Revising Sums for Operating Expenses
This ordinance is a supplemental appropriation ordinance to amend the 2017 annual operating budget to account for the benefit pay-outs for an outgoing employee, K9 units, Cedar Street water line engineering, tax refunds and subdivision inspection costs.
Resolution No. 2017-47, A Resolution to Permit the Demolition of a One-Story, Single-Family Home at 347 East Maple Street
This resolution authorizes the demolition of a one-story, single-family home at 347 East Maple Street. The Planning Commission reviewed the demolition information and recommended demolition. The Granville Historical Society indicated that the home has no historic significance and has no objection to the demolition.
All legislation is available for review at the Village office during regular business hours, which are normally 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The Village office is located at 141 East Broadway.
