At its regular meeting on September 20, 2017, the Granville Village Council scheduled a hearing for October 4, 2017 at 7:30pm in the Granville Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway, for the following:
Ordinance No. 13-2017, An Ordinance Consenting to Annexation of Certain Real Property Located at 1536 Newark-Granville Road in Granville Township, Owned by S. R. Larsen Trustee
This Ordinance would approve the annexation of 1536 Newark-Granville Road, owned by S. R. Larsen Trustee, into the Village to allow the developer to access Village utility services. This property is being proposed for a development of 37 cluster homes referred to as the Glenshire development.
Ordinance No. 14-2017, An Ordinance Authorizing the Village Manager to Grant a General Permit to Arnold Joseph to License the Use of the Village Right-of-Way at 224 East College Street, Unit B
This Ordinance would grant Arnold Joseph a permit for the replacement of limestone entrance steps with composite steps that encroach onto the Village right-of-way at 224 East College Street, Unit B. The encroachment would be approximately five-feet into the East College Street right-of-way.
