At its regular meeting on September 6, 2017, the Granville Village Council scheduled a hearing for September 20, 2017 at 7:30pm in the Granville Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway, for the following:
Ordinance No. 11-2017, An Ordinance Authorizing the Village Manager to Enter into an Annexation Agreement Describing the Intentions of the Parties to Annex Certain Real Property Located Along Weaver Drive in Granville Township, Owned by Raccoon Creek, LLC
Metropolitan Partners has requested annexation of an additional property on Weaver Drive – the parcel to the east of Middleton Assisted Living Facility consisting of 1.17 acres. Ordinance No. 11-2017 and the Annexation Agreement are very similar to the previous annexation agreements with Metropolitan Partners.
Ordinance No. 12-2017, An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 09-2016 Providing for Adjustments of the Annual Budget for the Fiscal year 2017 and Revising Sums for Operating Expenses
Ordinance No. 12-2017 is a supplemental appropriation ordinance to amend the 2017 annual operating budget to account for police salaries and wages, police benefits, public use fee match, income tax refunds, inspection fees for Village Roots, and engineering for the water department.
