Planning Commission Public Notice January 14, 2019

The Granville Planning Commission will hear the following applications at its meeting on Monday, January 14, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:

 

Note:  The applications listed under New Business are “open to the public” but are "not public hearings.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at this hearing are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.

 

Consent Agenda:

 

Application #2018-165, submitted by Matthew and Elizabeth Gibson for the property located at 195 Welsh Hills Road.  The request is for review and approval of a lot split.  The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-A (SRD-A) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).

 

New Business:

 

Application #2018-072 (Modified), submitted by Amanda Love and Brian Fuller for the property located at 1098 Newark-Granville Road.  The request is for architectural review and approval of a modified application for an auto court in the front of the property.  The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-A (SRD-A) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).

 

Application #2018-164, submitted by Stone Pillar Construction for the property located at 442 East Broadway.  The request is for architectural review and approval of a major renovation to the existing house and the addition of a detached garage.  The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-B (SRD-B) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).

 

Application #2018-166, submitted by Eileen Arant, on behalf of the Broadway Pub, for the property located at 126 East Broadway.  The request is for architectural review and approval of the installation of a generator and enclosure to the rear of the property.  The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
