Application #2018-041, submitted by Kelly Prince, on behalf of Doug and Lisa Cholewa, for the property located at 1007 Newark-Granville Road. The request is for architectural review and approval of an addition to the west side of the residence. The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-A (SRD-A), and because of its location within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD), requires review by the Granville Planning Commission.
