The Granville Village Council adopted the following legislation at the January 2, 2019 regular meeting:
Resolution No. 2019-01, A Resolution Authorizing the Village Manager to Advertise for Bids for Various Village Projects and Items Throughout 2019
This resolution requests Council’s permission to proceed with advertising for bids for items or projects for the entire year. The Village complies with all local and state purchasing rules and regulations. These projects and items were approved expenditures in the 2019 budget. Providing staff with approval to advertise for bids with one resolution streamlines the bidding process and Council agendas. The projects or items that need to go through the bid process for 2019 include street improvement project, the purchase of water chemicals, lime sludge removal, SCADA System equipment for the water department, bar screen replacement for the sewer department, 12” Weaver Drive waterline connector and the police towing contract.
All legislation is available for review at the Village office during regular business hours, which are normally 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The Village office is located at 141 East Broadway.
