Planning Commission Meeting Notice March 25, 2019

The Granville Planning Commission will hear the following applications at its meeting on Monday, March 25, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:

Note:  The applications listed under New Business are “open to the public” but are "not public hearings.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at this hearing are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.

New Business:

Application #2019-018, submitted by John Klauder Associates, on behalf of Larry and Vee Hottle, for the property located at 224 East Elm Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of the construction of a new garage with roof mounted solar panels, a new brick paver walk and new steps and rails on the existing back porch. The property is zoned Village Residential District (VRD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).

Application #2019-020, submitted by Blanchard Construction Company, on behalf of Gretchen Hollingsworth, for the property located at 477 West Broadway. The request is for review and approval of the replacement of the plywood on the existing front and rear porches with a railing system. The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-B (SRD-B) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).

Application #2019-022, submitted by Blanchard Construction Company, on behalf of Brian Blanchard, for the property located at 331 East Broadway. The request is for architectural review and approval of the expansion of the existing porch. The property is zoned Village Residential District (VRD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
