The Village of Granville Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hear the following applications at its meeting on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:
Note: The applications listed under Old and New Business are “open to the public” but are "not public hearings.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at this hearing are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.
Application #2019-019, submitted by John Klauder Associates, on behalf of Larry and Vee Hottle, for the property located at 224 East Elm Street. The request is for review and approval of two (2) variances: to increase the maximum allowable lot coverage from fifty (50%) percent to fifty-one (51%) percent, and to reduce the western side yard setback from ten (10’) feet to five (5’) feet. The property is zoned Village Residential District (VRD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
