Planning Commission Meeting Notice April 8, 2019

The Granville Planning Commission will hear the following applications at its meeting on Monday, April 8, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:

Note:  The applications listed under New Business are “open to the public” but are "not public hearings.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at this hearing are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.

Consent Agenda:

Application #2017-021 (Amended), submitted by Richard Downs, on behalf of Jordan Katz, for the property located at 229 South Cherry Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of the modification of a previously approved application to add an additional three (3) solar panels to the existing roof mounted solar array. The property is zoned Village Residential District (VRD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).

Application #2019-023, submitted by Brian Sutliff, for the property located at 147 Westgate Drive. The request is for review and approval of the installation of a six (6’) foot black chain link fence around the sides and rear of the property. The property is zoned Community Service District (CSD) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).

New Business:

Application #2019-024, submitted by Lori Londot of Prospect Street Smoothies, for the property located at 134 North Prospect Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of the installation of two (2) patio tables with four (4) chairs to be utilized as an outdoor café/patio space. The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).

Application #2019-028, submitted by K2 Sisters LTD., for the property located at 212 South Main Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of the installation of a wall sign and a projecting sign. The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).

Application #2019-030, submitted by Anastasia Congdon, for the property located at 542 Mount Parnassus Drive. The request is for architectural review and approval of an addition and a remodel to the existing home and garage. The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-B (SRD-B).
