Application #2019-043, submitted by Anastasia Congdon, for the property located at 542 Mount Parnassus Drive. The request is for review and approval of two (2) variances: to increase the maximum allowable Building Lot Coverage from twenty (20%) percent to twenty-six (26%) percent, and to reduce the western side yard setback from twelve (12’) feet to eight (8’) feet. The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-B (SRD-B).
Application #2019-044, submitted by Jordon Labocki, on behalf of Labocki Homes, for the property located at 36 Old Sycamore Lane. The request is for review and approval of a variance to reduce the rear yard setback from the previously granted rear yard setback variance of thirty-five (35’) feet to twenty-six (26’) feet to allow for the construction of a garden pergola. The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-C (SRD-C).
