The Granville Village Council adopted the following legislation at the June 19, 2019 regular meeting:
Ordinance No. 13-2019, An Ordinance Authorizing a Real Property Lease to Facilitate Co-Location of a Granville Police Department Firearms Qualification Range and Canine Training Facility with the Village Service Center and the Township Service Garage Complex at 1552 Columbus Road
The ordinance negotiates a lease between the Village of Granville and Granville Township Trustees for use of Township property for a police department firearms qualification range and canine training facility located behind the new Village Service Complex off Columbus Road and along State Route 37.
Ordinance No. 14-2019, An Ordinance Authorizing the Village Manager to Grant a General use Permit to Olivia Aguilar to License the Use of the Village Right-of-Way at 402 West Maple Street
This ordinance grants Olivia Aguilar a permit to rebuild a sandstone wall that encroaches onto Village right-of-way on 402 West Maple Street. The encroachment would be approximately five feet into the Village right-of-way.
Resolution No. 2019-30, A Resolution to Award the Contract for the Hauling of Water Treatment Plant Lime Sludge to LimeCorp
This resolution awards the contract for the hauling of lime sludge from the water treatment plant to LimeCorp. at an annual price of $105,000. LimeCorp. is the low bidder and has the ability to complete the work.
