Chapter 1171: Planned Development District Revisions, discussion on proposed amendments to Chapter 1171 of the Village Codified Ordinances.
Application #2019-077, submitted by Chuck Davis, on behalf of Dan Finkelman, for the property located at 130 South Mulberry Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of the replacement of existing deck boards with synthetic decking and the replacement of wood railings with PVC Radiance Rail.
