The Granville Planning Commission will hear the following applications at its meeting on Monday, July 22nd, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:

Application #2019-080, submitted by Jake Preston, on behalf of Denison University, for the property located at 221 West College Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of the addition of a new bike rack which will be located in the Public Right-of-Way in front of the Michael E. Eisner Center for the Performing Arts. The property is zoned Village Institutional District (VID) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
