Planning Commission Notice August 26, 2019

The Granville Planning Commission will hear the following applications at its meeting on Monday, August 26th, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:

Note: The applications listed under New Business are “open to the public” but are "not public hearings.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at this hearing are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.

New Business:

Application #2019-081, submitted by Chris Crader, on behalf of Seek No Further Cider Co., for the property located at 120 East Elm Street. The request is for review and approval of the change of the designation of the barn from an accessory building/use to a primary commercial building/use; and architectural review and approval of exterior modifications to the structure including replacement garage doors. The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).

Application #2019-089, submitted by Lyle Wiley, on behalf of George Fackler, for the review and approval to split 1.429 acres of parcel number 020-046530-00.000 located at 773 Cherry Valley Road in order to combine it with the existing 6.03 acres of parcel number 020-042948-00.000 located at 745 Cherry Valley Road. The 745 Cherry Valley Road parcel will become a 7.476 acre parcel and the 773 Cherry Valley Road parcel will become a 0.781 acre parcel. The 773 Cherry Valley Road property is currently zoned Community Service District (CSD) and the 745 Cherry Valley Road property is currently zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD); and bot properties are located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).

Application #2019-090, submitted by Lyle Wiley, on behalf of George Fackler, for the property located at 773 Cherry Valley Road. The Request is for review and recommendation of approval to Village Council for the rezoning of the recently split property to Planned Unit Development (PUD), to allow the lot split parcel to be combined with the parcel located at 745 Cherry Valley Road. The property is currently zoned Community Service District (CSD) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).

Application #2019-091, submitted by Lyle Wiley, on behalf of George Fackler, for the property located at 745 Cherry Valley Road. The request is for review and approval 0f a Preliminary Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for the Courtyards at Cherry Valley Development. The property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).

Application #2019-094, submitted by Lisa McKivergin, for the property located at 124 South Main Street. The request is for architectural review and approval 0f a sign re-facing. The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
