Application #2019-003, submitted by Jake Preston, on behalf of Denison University, for the property located at 204 West Broadway. The request is for architectural review and approval of a landscaping plan and ADA improvements to Monomoy House and the Monomoy Annex. The property is zoned Village Institutional District (VID) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
Application #2019-082, submitted by Pam Clements, for the property located at 341 East College Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of the replacement of a single window on the east elevation with a triple 2 over 2 window. The property is zoned Village Residential District (VRD) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
Application #2019-084, submitted by Greg Johnson, for the property located at 188 Westgate Drive. The request is for review and approval of the replacement of the existing pole barn with a new 60’ x 120’ pole barn and a new horse fence along the northeast property line. The property is zoned Community Service District (CSD) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).
