PUBLIC NOTICE - VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE
The Granville Village Council adopted the following legislation at the January 19, 2011 regular meeting:
Ordinance No. 04-11, An Ordinance to Permit the Demolition of a Two-Story Detached Accessory Structure at 223 East Elm Street
This ordinance authorizes the demolition of an existing two- story, detached, accessory structure located at 223 East Elm Street. The Planning Commission has reviewed the request for the demolition and recommended that it be approved. The property owners also submitted an architectural review request to the Planning Commission for a new two-story accessory structure to be constructed in the same location as the existing structure. The Granville Historical Society has reviewed the building and has no objection to granting the demolition permit. The property owner will be required to provide a surety bond in the amount of $3,000 to guarantee the removal of the structure.
Resolution No. 11-06, A Resolution to Authorize the Village Manager to Advertise for Bids for the 2011 Street Improvement Program
This resolution would authorize the Village Manager to seek bids for street improvements to mill and pave:
- Glyn Tawel Drive (Bryn Du Drive to Merywen Circle)
- Bedwen Back Lane
- Merywen Circle
- Onnen Court
- West College Street (Thresher Street to west end)
- Westgate Drive
Resolution No. 11-07, A Resolution to Authorize the Village Manager to Advertise for Bids for a Ground Maintenance Contractor
This resolution would authorize the Village Manager to advertise for bids for ground maintenance services for the 2011 calendar year.
All legislation is available for review at the Village Offices during regular business hours, which are normally 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The Village Offices are located at 141 East Broadway.
