The Granville Village Council adopted the following legislation at the April 6, 2016 regular meeting:
Ordinance No. 02-2016, An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 14-2015 Providing for Adjustments to the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2016 and Revising Sums for Operating Expenses
This ordinance is a supplemental appropriation ordinance to amend the 2016 annual operating budget to account for the hiring of a new utility clerk, the retirement of the receptionist, Clerk of Court and Village Manager, the purchase of new software for Mayor’s Court, the fence for the Cherry Valley interchange.
Resolution No. 2016-28, A Resolution to Appoint an Ex-Officio Member to the Planning Commission
This resolution confirms Carl Jennings as the Ex-Officio to the Planning Commission appointed by the Granville School District School Board. The School District appoints a non-voting member to the Planning Commission annually. Mr. Jennings' term expires on January 31, 2017.

This resolution affirms the decision by the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals to deny a variance submitted by Barbara Franks, Application #2015-23, for property at 119-123 South Prospect Street to reduce parking requirements.
