VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE
The Granville Village Council adopted the following legislation at the June 16, 2010 regular meeting:
a. Ordinance No. 08-2010, An Ordinance to Revise the Codified Ordinances by Adopting Current Replacement Pages
This ordinance codifies the annual update to the Village Codified Ordinances as prepared by Walter Drane Company, a legal publishing company. The annual update includes those changes to the Village Code that have been adopted by the Council since the last update as well as statewide changes to the Ohio Revised Code that should be incorporated into our Village Code.
b. Ordinance No. 09-2010, An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 20-2009 to Provide for Adjustments to the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2010 and to Revise the Sums for Operating Expenses Related to Income Tax Refunds and Storm Sewer Contractual Services
This ordinance amends the 2010 annual budget to adjust the Income Tax account to appropriate $40,000 for additional income tax refunds. A $10,000 amendment to contractual services for the Storm Sewer account is also included. This appropriation provides funds to cover the cost of mapping the storm sewer outfalls into Raccoon Creek as required by the Environmental Protection Agency’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit program and to provide outfall information for installing filtration systems. The mapping documented approximately seventy-five outfall locations within the Village limits.
All legislation is available for review at the Village Offices during regular business hours, which are normally 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The Village Offices are located at 141 East Broadway.
