The Granville Village Council adopted the following legislation at the September 4, 2013 regular meeting:
Ordinance No. 17-2013, An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 125 of the Granville Codified Ordinance Pertaining to the Department of Finance and Administration
This ordinance updates the Granville Codified Ordinances Chapter 125 regarding purchasing and bids. The language in Chapter 125 was written in 1965 or 1970 and was no longer valid. Much of the information in the code was procedural in nature. That information was removed and placed in a purchasing manual.
Resolution No. 2013-48, A Resolution Adopting a Purchasing Policy for the Village of Granville
This resolution establishes a specific purchasing policy manual that outlines the procedural processes for purchasing items and processing bid requests.
All legislation is available for review at the Village Offices during regular business hours, which are normally 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The Village Offices are located at 141 East Broadway.
