The Granville Village Council has scheduled a public hearing to request public comment for September 4, 2013 at 7:30pm in the Granville Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway, for the following:
Ordinance No. 17-2013, An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 125 of the Granville Codified Ordinances Pertaining to the Department of Finance and Administration
This Ordinance updates Granville Codified Ordinance Chapter 125. Most of the procedural items that were once a part of Chapter 125 have been removed from the code and placed in the purchasing manual, which will be brought before Council at the September 4, 2013 meeting. All outdated and/or incorrect information has been removed from the code. The purchasing manual has been drafted using proven principles of sound purchasing business management.
This legislation is available for review at the Village Offices during regular business hours, which are normally 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The Village Offices are located at 141 East Broadway.
