NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS
The Village of Granville Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hear the following application at its meeting on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:
Note: The application listed under New Business is “open to the public” but is not a "public hearing.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at these hearings are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.
Application #2010-79, submitted by Mark Builders, on behalf of Sean and Denee Choice, for the property located at 121 Bedwen Bach Lane. The request is for a variance to reduce the northern side yard setback from fifteen (15') feet to seven (7') feet to allow for the construction of an expanded driveway area. The property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD).
