VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS
The Village of Granville Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hear the following application at its meeting on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:
Note: The application listed under New Business is “open to the public” but is not a "public hearing.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at these hearings are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.
Application #2010-149, submitted by Scott & Martha Keyes for the property located at 418 West Broadway. The request is for a variance to reduce the required side yard setback for a driveway from five (5') feet to one (1') foot to allow an existing gravel driveway to be converted to concrete. The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-B (SRD-B) and is located within the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (TCOD).
