VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION

 
The Village of Granville Planning Commission will hear the following applications at its meeting on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway:
 
Note:  The applications listed under New Business are “open to the public” but are “not public hearings.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at this hearing are those
individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied.

Application #2010-95, submitted by DaNite Signs, on behalf of Huntington Bank, for the property located at 222 East Broadway.  The request is for architectural review and approval of the refacing of the existing 8.33 square foot freestanding sign and relocation of the sign in front of the building on Broadway.  The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located in the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).

Application #2010-110, submitted by Frits Rizor for the property located at 230 East Broadway.  The request is for architectural review and approval of a twelve (12) square foot freestanding sign.  The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located in the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
 
Application #2010-113, submitted by Landrum Cottage for the property located at 221 East Broadway.  The request is for review and approval of a Change of Use for 487.5 square feet from Category "B", Specialty Shops (former antique store) to Category "D", Food, Drug and Beverage Businesses, specifically for a bakery which will also contain retail sales and indoor seating.  The property is zoned Village Business District (VBD) and is located in the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
 
Application #2010-114, submitted by James Browder for the property located at 122 North Pearl Street.  The request is for architectural review and approval of the removal of 3-tab asphaltic shingles and replacement with Owens Corning dimensional asphaltic shingles.  The property is zoned Village Residential District (VRD) and is located in the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
