RESOLUTION NO. 2013-21 

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION MADE BY MISTY HOLLOW, LLC, TO HAVE CERTAIN LAND LOCATED WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE ON HALLIE LANE, PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 71-326322-00-000, DESIGNATED AS BEING LOCATED WITHIN AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT

 

WHEREAS, Misty Hollow, LLC, of 1888 James Road, Granville, OH 43023, has made an application for placement of approximately thirty-three (33) acres of farm land located on Hallie Lane, permanent parcel no. 71-326322-00-000, into an Agricultural District in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 929.02; and 

WHEREAS, the location of the property is within the limits of the Village of Granville; and 

WHEREAS, Misty Hollow, LLC, has filed the application in accordance with the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 929.02; and 

WHEREAS, the Village has complied with all of the notice and public hearing requirements of Ohio Revised Code Section 929.02. 

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village Granville, Ohio, that: 

Section 1.  The application of Misty Hollow, LLC, for placement of approximately thirty-seven (37) acres of farm land located on Hallie Lane, permanent parcel no. 71-326322-00-000, into an Agriculture District is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 929.02.  

Section 2. The placement of the land into an Agricultural District shall be for a period of five (5) years in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 929.02.  

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage.
